From start to finish, this is a first class company that makes sure they deliver what they promise and that the customer is satisfied when the job is complete. Ty did a thorough pre-inspection of both the inside and outside of the roof area, eaves ridge and gutters. The written quote was one of the best I've ever received and they provided copies of their insurance and license for piece of mind. Project Manager Gabriel was on site before, during and after completion, and always available to answer any questions. The overall job was completed in one day, with a follow-up day for a couple of hours to finish a couple of additional requests I had. The owner Yuri is incredibly knowledgeable and came by the house on a Saturday to assess storm damage to my siding.  What was originally planned to be just an assessment ended with Yuri repairing the siding fully himself.  Along the way, he provided detailed explanation of every step of the process, so that I would be able to make minor repairs to the house on my own if they need arose and generously refused any compensation.  I was so grateful and impressed by his resourcefulness and generosity.  Any company where the owner is willing to get up on a ladder, teach others, and so clearly knows and loves his craft is one I am happy and eager to recommend to anybody. Your home is protected before work begins. We take steps to safeguard landscaping, decks, and surrounding areas. The job site is kept organized throughout the project, with daily cleanup. At completion, we perform a final detailed cleanup, including a magnetic sweep, to ensure nothing is left behind.

What happens if hidden damage is found during the project?

Hidden damage can occur in New England homes. If anything is uncovered, work is paused and the condition is documented. We review the findings with you, explain the options clearly, and provide pricing before proceeding. No additional work is done without your approval.

How long does a typical project take?
