BEST Sandwich MA Siding Replacement

Hometown Siding Installation in Sandwich, MA

What is the secret to a resilient exterior in the Cape’s oldest town? Your home’s cladding must honor historic New England architecture while actively repelling the aggressive moisture coming off Cape Cod Bay. As a Sandwich-based company, we engineer complete siding systems designed to eradicate rot and permanently seal your structural framing.

Hometown Accountability: We are headquartered right here in Sandwich. Your project is executed by our own uniformed team, never handed off to third parties.
Heritage Aesthetics: Cladding options specifically vetted to meet the rigorous demands of the Old King’s Highway Historic District.
Complete Moisture Eradication: Advanced vapor barriers to stop coastal humidity in its tracks.
Fully Licensed & Insured Protection: Massachusetts CSL 120645 | HIC 198901.

The Local Threat: Why Cladding Fails Across Sandwich

How does our specific geography damage your walls? Sandwich properties face a unique dual-threat environment that breaks down builder-grade siding rapidly.

The Bayside Assault (Town Neck & East Sandwich): Homes exposed to the Bay face relentless wind-driven rain and freezing winter moisture. Cheap vinyl bends, rattles, and allows water to bypass the exterior, soaking your insulation.
The Woodland Dampness (Forestdale & South Sandwich): Inland properties sheltered by heavy tree cover suffer from severe shade. Without sunlight to dry the morning dew, ambient humidity gets trapped against the home, allowing fungal rot to silently consume the wood beneath your siding.

Our Blueprint for Structural Defense

How do we guarantee your home stays dry? We reject temporary cosmetic fixes. Our in-house installation teams deploy a systematic process to rebuild your exterior from the sheathing outward.

Full Wall Audits

We strip all failing material down to the bare wood. This allows our project managers to find and fix hidden insect damage or structural rot before applying new siding.

Advanced Hydro-Wrapping

We seal your home in a premium weather-resistive barrier, taping every critical seam to ensure water is forcefully channeled away from your living space.

Rigorous Fastening

Our carpenters apply manufacturer-specified nailing techniques so your exterior can withstand winter gales without buckling.

The Hazard of "Over-Cladding"

Why is covering up old siding a dangerous mistake? Nailing new siding directly over decaying cedar or vinyl is a widespread industry shortcut. In Sandwich, this practice is a structural disaster. It permanently locks active moisture inside your walls, provides a breeding ground for carpenter ants, and instantly voids your new material warranties. We exclusively perform full tear-offs to ensure your investment is anchored to healthy, solid wood.

Preserving Sandwich’s Architectural Heritage

From restoring classic cedar shingles on historic properties in Sandwich Village to installing rot-proof fiber cement on coastal homes near the boardwalk, our local crews deliver impeccable, period-accurate results.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Yuri, my whole career has been spent in the construction business. I am particularly impressed by your company. From sales and estimating through scheduling and field coordinating all of your assets have been far above average. Ty made a great presentation as a sales representative of your company and Iago supervised a very competent crew, responded to my concerns about schedule and finished this job early with little interruption in our lives. Thank you again for your excellent service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ty Soares, who works for this company, is a kind individual, a man who can be relied on and trusted. He found me stranded and lost with my two dogs in a conservation area parking lot and took time out of his busy day to give my dogs water and he drove me and my dogs to my car which was a few miles away. I am getting an estimate for new windows from this company because if their employees are like Ty, that is who I want to do business with.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thanks to Yuri, Ty, Gabriel and the entire Lions Roofing Team for an amazing job installing our new roof. From start to finish, this is a first class company that makes sure they deliver what they promise and that the customer is satisfied when the job is complete. Ty did a thorough pre-inspection of both the inside and outside of the roof area, eaves ridge and gutters. The written quote was one of the best I've ever received and they provided copies of their insurance and license for piece of mind. Project Manager Gabriel was on site before, during and after completion, and always available to answer any questions. The overall job was completed in one day, with a follow-up day for a couple of hours to finish a couple of additional requests I had. One point I must bring up was how clean the job site was after they were done. If you have any roofing or siding projects coming up. I give my endorsement to Lions Siding and Roofing!
Thanks again!
